We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel staff, maintaining service standards, maximizing revenue, and ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations.
Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Supervise and support Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate hotel employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and government regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property standards.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Hotel Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holiday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing boutique hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments.
- Knowledge of revenue management and hotel sales strategies.
- Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and property management systems (PMS).
