The Barista / Wait Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages, taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders promptly, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and courteously.
• Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Process customer payments using the POS system and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and service stations.
• Replenish supplies such as cups, utensils, condiments, and beverage ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and operated safely.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Promote a positive dining experience by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational or college education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Wait Staff, Server, or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with relevant training are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and basic food service procedures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
