Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; a vocational or college-level background in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• With experience as a Waiter in a hotel or full-service restaurant.
• Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards, table setup, and dining etiquette.
• Able to take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and handle guest requests professionally.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry food trays.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Experience using a POS system is an advantage.
