Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, or any related course.
  • Experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With pleasing personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
