Sapient Global Services is actively hiring Call Center Agents for Hotel Reservation Accounts across Metro Manila. Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation Account, you will assist guests with hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general accommodation inquiries. You will ensure guests receive a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist guests with hotel bookings and reservations
• Process cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
• Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and policies
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Record customer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• At least 3 months of BPO/call center experience
• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule

Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
