Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverage selections.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards.
• Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with banquet, buffet, room service, or restaurant operations as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Banquet Staff, or Food Service Staff.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, café, or similar hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
