Position Overview:

The Barback supports bartenders in delivering smooth bar operations by maintaining stock, cleaning, and preparing bar stations. The role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and consistency of beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies during service
• Clean and sanitize bar tools and equipment
• Rotate stock in accordance with FIFO standards
• Assist in the preparation of juices, syrups, and mixers
• Maintain the cleanliness of bar counters, fridges, and storage
• Assist bartenders during busy periods with support tasks
• Perform opening and closing duties for the bar area
• Comply with health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of beverages and bar operations is an advantage
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work in fast-paced environments

Performance Indicators:

• Timeliness and accuracy in restocking
• Cleanliness and readiness of the bar area
• Support the efficiency of bartenders during service

Working Conditions:

• Late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
