QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any two-year or four-year course; Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related courses are an advantage.
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Captain Waiter or Head Waiter.
  • Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and customer service procedures.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of waiters and runners to ensure efficient, courteous, and high-quality guest service.
  • Monitors staff grooming, conduct, and proper handling of service equipment in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensures assigned stations are clean, organized, and adequately prepared for service.
  • Oversees the accurate taking and timely transmission of guest orders to the kitchen.
  • Greets and seats guests, presents menus, recommends food and beverage items, and assists with order-taking when necessary.
  • Anticipates guest needs, addresses concerns and complaints, and escalates issues to management when required.
  • Communicates service instructions and job orders to service staff and ensures proper implementation.
  • Serves as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, leadership, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
