What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Prepare and reconcile daily cash collections, sales reports, and deposits from branches or restaurant outlets
  • Monitor and record daily sales, operating expenses, and other financial transactions
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, liquidation reports, and supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing schedules
  • Coordinate with branch operations, restaurant teams, and other departments to resolve financial and reconciliation concerns
  • Support inventory costing, expense monitoring, and operational reporting as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field
  • Experience as an Accounting Assistant in the restaurant, food service, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume operational environment
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation
  • Experience with cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, inventory costing, and operational reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or POS systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
