Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservation Account to assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries. You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and accurate reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and special requests
• Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
