Job Summary:

The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations and cancellations, both online and on-site.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
