About Us:
At Dusit Thani Manila, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay is seamless and memorable.
Job Summary:
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and cancellations, both online and on-site.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software.
