Resort Manager

Job Summary

The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient daily operations, and achievement of business objectives. This role manages resort staff, maintains service standards, monitors financial performance, and ensures that all departments operate effectively to provide a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B).
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and local promotions to increase bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Create staff schedules and promote a positive work environment.
  • Analyze guest feedback and performance reports to continually improve service quality.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to ensure service standards are met.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
  • Handle emergencies effectively and ensure business continuity.
  • Willing to be assigned to branches in Siargao, El Nido, or Boracay.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HRM, Tourism, or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
  • Proficient in PMS, reservation systems, and MS Office.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
