The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality while maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, compliance with food safety standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. He works closely with the kitchen staff, and delegates tasks to ensure smooth workflow, which involves visiting each station, handling food-related concerns and ensuring every dish served meets quality standards.

As a Head Chef, he leads the kitchen team in preparing authentic broths, noodles and other dishes. He is also responsible for managing inventory, sourcing ingredients, maintaining food cost control, and training staff in traditional Japanese cooking methods and strict food safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
