Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The Hotel Associate is tasked to ensure that the guests are accorded the highest level of guest care throughout their stay as the Hotel’s representative.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check the arrival and departure report upon reporting for work.
- Greet and welcome the guest in accordance with the Hotel’s Service Standards.
- Fill-in the guest registration card with the necessary information.
- Ensure to gather all the pertinent documentation about the guest’s person.
- Understand and strictly adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote the services of the Hotel.
- Coordinate the room status with the Housekeeping Department.
- Process guest’s check-ins and checkouts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder (Hospitality/Tourism/Business)
- 1 to 2 years of solid Hotel experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills
