What is the job?

• As F&B Service Associate you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience.

Your day to day

• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel.
• Acquire in depth in knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu of the outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote teamwork and support daily restaurant operations.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism or any equivalent.
• Previous work experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards
• Basic cashiering and POS knowledge is advantage

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
