Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage of clean kitchenware to avoid contamination.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, and floors.
  • Assist in waste disposal and segregation following company guidelines.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when required.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Kitchen Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Experience in food service or kitchen operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
