Job Responsibilities:

✔ Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
✔ Schedule and confirm patient appointments
✔ Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
✔ Maintain and update patient records accurately
✔ Process patient registrations and payments
✔ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
✔ Ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience

Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of any 4-year course (Healthcare-related course is an advantage)
✔ With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
✔ Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is an advantage

Pay: Php15,650.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
