Responsibilities

Support patients with mobility, including transporting them to various departments within the hospital.

Assist nursing staff with routine patient care activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and medical equipment.

Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff promptly.

Handle medical waste and hazardous materials in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Preferred:

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with poise.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Familiarity with hospital protocols and safety regulations.
