About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Medical Secretaries to provide vital administrative support to our clinical staff and patients. This is an ideal role for allied health graduates seeking flexible work or gaining valuable exposure to clinical administration.

Fresh graduates with a degree in Allied Health disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient & Reception Management: Greet patients, handle registration, manage appointment scheduling, and respond to inquiries.
  • Medical Records & Documentation: Organize, update, and maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist attending doctors with dictations, administrative tasks, and filing during shift hours.
  • Clinic Coordination: Ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication between patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Medical Technology (BSMT), Pharmacy (BS Pharm), Radiologic Technology (BSRT), or any Allied Health / Science-related course.
  • Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates; prior internship or clinic exposure is a plus.
  • Location: Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Makati City.

Skills & Availability:

  • Willing to work on a part-time schedule.
