Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Health Allied or related course
- With experience in a medical records department, hospital, or dialysis center
- Familiarity with dialysis-specific records and documentation requirements, including treatment records, patient histories, and dialysis outcome tracking.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate, organized, and easily retrievable records
- With Certificate of Training on Medical Records Management
- Flexible and able to work collaboratively with colleagues
