DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receives visitors or patients, ascertains their needs, and directs them accordingly.

· Answers telephone calls, makes appointments, and performs related clerical duties according to the department or clinic to which assigned.

· Answers questions and gives information, directly to person or on telephone or intercom, based on knowledge of hospital or department organization and regulation.

· Performs a variety of other clerical duties such as: orders supply, cross-indexes and files records, posts data from record to another, compiles and types reports, and sorts and distributes mail and deliver messages.

· Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,240.00 per month
