QUALIFICATION:

  • Preferably graduate of Nursing or any related course.
  • At least six (6) months' work experienced.
  • Experience in Benefits is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Process PHIC benefits of patients scheduled for discharge including checking of appropriate Relative Value Unit after evaluating the final diagnosis.

· Process claim form 2 and Part III and IV of Philhealth exact amount of patient’s bill

· Prepares summary of confinement days of patients.

· Request Philhealth claims in the logbook.

· Secure doctor’s signature in claim Form 2.

· Entertains patient’s inquiries regarding Philhealth claims.

· Process direct filing of claims of PHIC.

· Performs duties as may be requested by management.
