Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course

Job Summary:

  • Sorts and files important documents and other paperwork.
  • Fills out forms, types letters, tabulates data, and prepares reports
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and relays information to the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation staff
  • Prepares personnel file of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation staff
  • Keeps the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation staff informed of appointments such as conferences, meetings. discussions. seminars. and other business engagements
  • Files schedules, record leaves, and encodes changes of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation staff
  • Collates data and relevant information gathered from conferences, meetings, discussions, seminars, workshops, training, policies, and memorandum
  • Requests office supplies needed by the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
  • Schedules applicants for an interview with the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Manager
