Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
• Requires 5-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations, with a strong background in management.
• Proficiency in modern Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Transport Management

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, from pickup to final delivery.
• Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, couriers, and freight carriers.
• Oversee route planning and fleet management to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and safe deliveries.
• Manage reverse logistics by processing returns, repairs, and exchanges efficiently.

2. Strategy & Cost Control

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company growth goals.
• Manage logistics budgets, control transportation costs, and find opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD) rates, and implement improvements.

3. Warehousing & Inventory Control

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching items.
• Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure accurate stock tracking and oversee material handling procedures.

4. Leadership & Compliance

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workers, dispatchers, and delivery drivers.
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations, trade laws, and safety standards.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to handle disruptions like weather events or unexpected delays

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
