ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a Chat Support CSR Davao to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Meet established quality, productivity, and response time targets
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
