Job Responsibilities

This role would focus on:
  • Following up with carriers after loads are booked
  • Providing pickup and delivery updates
  • Performing check calls and delivery calls ahead
  • Uploading PODs and shipment documents
  • Updating shipment statuses in our systems
  • General dispatch and operations support

We are primarily looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong communication skills and preferably some transportation/logistics experience.

Work Schedule:
HOMEBASED, Night-Shift
Monday - Friday ; 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time
Must Have at least 25mbps internet connection
Preferably someone with own equipment (Laptop or Desktop)
