About the Role

As a Switchboard Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, travel partners, and vendors. You will professionally answer and route inbound calls, provide general information, and maintain accurate guest information through internal systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from guests, travel partners, and vendors.
  • Professionally greet callers and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide accurate information while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Update and merge guest profiles using internal Oracle systems.
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling customer inquiries.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a switchboard, contact center, customer service, or operator role is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or cruise industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.

Work Schedule

  • Remote Work Setup
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Applicants residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces are preferred for occasional onsite reporting when required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
