We represent medical providers in obtaining proper reimbursement from health insurance carriers via a Federal Arbitration process. We are looking for a medical administrative assistant who can assist in
reviewing medical records and EOBs, compile documents for review, and enter file information into our case management system. Experience working in the realm of medical billing and revenue cycle or
internally for a health insurance company would be preferable in a candidate's ability to succeed in this role. An ability to work with and utilize our case management system and a high level of communicativeness is essential since this role is reliant upon consistency, training, and teamwork.

The primary duties of this position will include
  • Reviewing electronic medical case files
  • Identifying insurance information via EOB's
  • Process and obtain information from EOB's
  • Reviewing insurance claims for next steps
  • Compiling medical documents and entering case information
  • Cross-training and teamwork
  • Attention to detail is extremely important

Experience Needed
  • Data entry and administrative tasks
  • Writing and drafting documents and emails using templates
  • Organization of exhibits and records
