Graphic Designer – Print & Digital

Location: Remote, Philippines (Austin, TX business hours overlap required)

Type: Full-time contractor

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Central Time

Compensation: $1,800 – $2,000/month USD (based on experience), + 13th-month pay paid in December, prorated by tenure. Reviewed at 90 days.

Bramlett Partners is a locally owned, independent real estate brokerage serving Central Texas, with around 150 agents. Our marketing is people focused and rooted in the communities we serve, and we hold it to a polished, upscale standard.

Role Overview

We're looking for a graphic designer with a strong eye to join our marketing team as a full-time remote graphic designer. This role works directly with our Marketing Coordinator to produce social media graphics, agent materials, event signage, and other branded assets. The goal is to take on a meaningful share of our day to day design work so the marketing team can grow its output and focus on larger projects.

You'll start by learning our current look and the work we've built so far. From there, we want you to raise the quality of what we produce by refining it, not reinventing it. When a project calls for something new, you'll have room to bring fresh ideas.

What You'll Do

Social media design

• Design graphics for Instagram and other platforms, including event announcements, award and recognition posts, quote graphics, and campaign content.
• Keep every piece consistent with our brand without letting it look templated or generic.

Marketing assets and agent materials

• Lead the redesign of our agent marketing materials. This is an ongoing, large project that includes our Buyers and Sellers Guides, flyers, postcards, and a growing list of other print and digital pieces.
• Keep redesigned materials consistent with each other so the full collection feels cohesive.
• Prepare print-ready files to our vendors' specifications.

Events and in-office materials

• Design signage, A-frames, table displays, apparel, and other materials for company events.

Web design support

• Support website projects as needed, including page layouts, graphics, and updates to agent and team profiles.

How You'll Work

• Projects come through the Marketing Coordinator, who sets priorities and direction. Agents will not request work from you directly.
• Onboarding is gradual and hands-on. Expect close collaboration and frequent virtual check-ins at first, with more ownership as you learn our brand and process.
• Regular virtual meetings to review work, with clear deliverables and deadlines for each project.

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio that shows clean, upscale design across social, print, and branded materials.
• A strong eye for typography, layout, color, and detail.
• The ability to work within an existing brand and improve it without starting over.
• Comfort taking direction and feedback, and turning revisions around quickly.
• Organized, reliable, and clear about timelines and progress.
• Experience designing for real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Experience maintaining design systems, reusable templates, or shared brand asset libraries is a plus.

Tools and Technical Skills

Required

• Canva, our primary design platform.
• Experience preparing print-ready files, including bleeds, margins, color profiles, and file formats.
• Basic proficiency with Claude and Claude Design for AI-assisted design workflows. Strong independent creative judgment and adherence to brand standards are essential.

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Website design experience and familiarity with website builders.
• Figma or a similar design tool.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days: Learn the brand, review our current materials, and take on social graphics with close direction.

By 60 days: Handle most social and event design with minimal revisions, and begin the collateral redesign, starting with the Buyers and Sellers Guides.

By 90 days: Own routine design requests, deliver redesigned guides, and help maintain an organized, reusable design asset library.
