• Utilize pivot tables and other Excel features to analyze and organize large datasets
• Conduct transcription of documents, ensuring clarity and correctness
• Support order entry processes by accurately recording customer orders into relevant systems
• File physical and digital documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval
• Assist in data reconciliation tasks, verifying information across different platforms
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and maintain high standards of quality
• Handle basic math calculations related to data processing tasks
• Support clerical functions such as filing, organizing records, and managing administrative paperwork

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles, preferably with remote work experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and order entry procedures
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential
• Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
• Experience with transcription, filing, and data collection activities
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members
