Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce Customer Service.

Prior experience handling subscriptionbased products is highly preferred.

Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and structural execution.

Ability to learn quickly and toggle between multiple brands and product lines fluidly.
Your Mission Will Be To
-
Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via Email and Live Chat channels within established response and resolution targets.
-
Maintain absolute "Tagging Discipline" from Day 1 on every ticket in Gorgias to prevent spam issues and keep data clean.

Provide clear, concise messaging to minimize the number of interactions required per ticket.

Seamlessly navigate Gorgias, Shopify, and our proprietary ERP system (BOSS) to check customer order history, tracking information, and account details.
Nice to have

Handson proficiency with Gorgias and Shopify platform ecosystems.

Proven ability to adapt tone matching specific brand guidelines.
