About Us

ESL BEE PH is an online English tutorial service based in the Philippines. Since 2016, we have been helping students from different countries improve their English communication skills through engaging and personalized online lessons.

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and dedicated Homebased Online English Teachers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Teach one-on-one or small-group online English classes.
  • Deliver fun, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
  • Prepare for classes using provided materials.
  • Write brief class notes and student feedback after each lesson.
  • Attend scheduled classes on time.
  • Maintain a professional teaching environment and appearance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
  • TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, LET, or other teaching certifications are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree is welcome to apply.
  • High School Graduates/College Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with children and adults.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and headset.
  • Quiet, professional home workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience teaching young learners, Business English, or IELTS.
