We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Care Coordinator to support the stability and efficiency of home care operations.

This role plays a critical operational function: ensuring that caregiver schedules are stable, shifts are filled quickly, and both client needs and company performance objectives remain aligned.

The Client Care Coordinator helps protect the financial health and mission of the client by ensuring that caregivers have clear schedules, clients receive reliable care, and open shifts are addressed proactively.

Success in this role requires someone who anticipates scheduling needs, takes initiative, and communicates with empathy while solving problems quickly.

What we're looking for:

  • Newcomers are welcome, but experience in related fields are preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S. clients is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills
  • - Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred, but not required!
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup
