CALL CENTER AGENT (Onsite or Hybrid)
Salary package up to PHP 25,000

Job Description:
  • Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
  • Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet the service level agreements set forth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
