As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to reach out to prospects, introduce our services, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

At the moment, our lead volume is relatively small, making this a comfortable part-time position of up to 4 hours per day. As 3 Bears Trust continues to grow, we expect a significant increase in client inquiries, which means there will be opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, email, SMS, and social media.
• Introduce our accounting and lending services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Confident handling objections and building rapport.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From Php128.00 per hour
