Job Title: Chat Specialist (Part-time)

Compensation:

• ₱100 per hour
• 4% commission

Schedule:

• 24 to 32 hours per week
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time position

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chat Specialist to engage in meaningful conversations on behalf of content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with subscribers, maintaining active communication, driving engagement, and generating sales through effective chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with subscribers
• Maintain engaging and consistent conversations
• Drive subscriber engagement through meaningful interactions
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities and encouraging subscriber purchases
• Promote content, offers, and exclusive experiences in a natural and engaging manner
• Provide a positive and personalized chat experience
• Meet engagement and sales performance goals
