Accountability

o Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and documentation.

o Deadlines: Meet project deadlines consistently.

o Quality: Produce high-quality drawings that meet client expectations and industry standards.

o Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity and security of all project data.

Qualification and Skills

o Associate's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

o 1-3 years of experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsman preferred.

o Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SketchUp).

o Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and conventions.

o Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
