Full job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review and ensure completeness of documents received
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, inserting page separators, counting and identifying different document classifications
  • Scan documents using appropriate scanning equipment and software
  • Adjust the images for correct orientation and ensure that content is readable by de-skewing, de-speckling, etc.
  • Perform final quality control review per customer requirements and report any discrepancies to Supervisor
  • Sort the documents and restore them to its original sequence
  • Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of productivity
  • Must meet daily production goals
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
