Full job description
- Job Summary:
Responsible for all transactional, clerical, and administrative functions in the warehouse
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors all incoming & outgoing deliveries ensuring proper recording/documentation
- Responsible for monitoring the following reports to be submitted to the Supervisor & Head Office:
- Outgoing Delivery Checklist
- Incoming Delivery Checklist
- Daily Delivery Summary Report
- Warehouse Receiving Report
- Daily Cash Expense
- Cash Count Report
- Loading Sheet
- OSDF / ROF
- Excel Inventory
- Encoding and posting of transactions to Warehouse Management System, SAP, and Excel
- Other Administrative/Clerical functions may be assigned from time to time
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of any Business or Computer Course
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience as Warehouse Clerk or Encoder
- With good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Offices and basic computer operations
- Good in time management and in handling a variety of tasks
- Willing to have overtime work if necessary
- Willing to be relocated and assigned to other branches with company-provided accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
