  • Job Summary:

Responsible for all transactional, clerical, and administrative functions in the warehouse

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors all incoming & outgoing deliveries ensuring proper recording/documentation
  • Responsible for monitoring the following reports to be submitted to the Supervisor & Head Office:
  • Outgoing Delivery Checklist
  • Incoming Delivery Checklist
  • Daily Delivery Summary Report
  • Warehouse Receiving Report
  • Daily Cash Expense
  • Cash Count Report
  • Loading Sheet
  • OSDF / ROF
  • Excel Inventory
  • Encoding and posting of transactions to Warehouse Management System, SAP, and Excel
  • Other Administrative/Clerical functions may be assigned from time to time

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any Business or Computer Course
  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience as Warehouse Clerk or Encoder
  • With good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Offices and basic computer operations
  • Good in time management and in handling a variety of tasks
  • Willing to have overtime work if necessary
  • Willing to be relocated and assigned to other branches with company-provided accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
