Qualifications for a Retail Account Customer Service Representative

  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • No BPO or call center experience required
  • Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers welcome
  • Career shifters encouraged to apply
  • Good English communication skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willing to learn retail systems and processes
  • Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist customers with product and order inquiries
  • Provide information about product availability and promotions
  • Handle delivery and order status concerns
  • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
  • Assist with account and order updates
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed
  • Follow quality, productivity, and customer service standards
