Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, receiving and organizing stocks, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and properly store incoming stocks and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Record inventory movements accurately in the company’s system or records.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse or stockroom to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare stocks and items for release, delivery, or internal requests.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, warehouse, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or related work is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory items when required.
  • Honest, dependable, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From Php700.00 per day

Work Location: In person
