Full job description

I. WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Receive goods incoming and assist in the unloading of products delivered.
  • Verify the quantity and description of items received by checking items against documentation received (packing list, delivery receipt, stock transfer, etc.)
  • Examine incoming deliveries, reject damaged items and appropriately record and report any discrepancies.
  • Place items accurately on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas and in an orderly manner.
  • Attach identifying tags or labels to items or mark information on cases or containers.
  • Assemble and prepare orders for delivery to customers. Facilitate required documentation (Store release form, delivery receipt etc.)
  • Regularly conduct inventory count and facilitate documentation and reporting of incidents related to inventory variances.
  • Facilitate documentation of any returned stocks and ensure communication of accounting in-charge; accurately check returned items.
  • Ensure warehouse is properly maintained on a regular basis.

II. LOGISTIC COORDINATION

  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and procurement to schedule and execute client deliveries nationwide.
  • Track shipment statuses, proactively report delays or concerns to immediate superior and procurement.
  • Maintain logistics documents (delivery orders, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise between warehouse, procurement, and transport providers to align delivery priorities

III. RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain and update on a daily or weekly basis inventory monitoring which shall record all incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient monitoring, documentation and filing system of all assigned standard forms
