  • Ability to communicate effectively and keen to details.
  • Documentation and organization skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Encodes all Patients’ details.
  • Encodes orders provided by the Nurse on duty.
  • Reviewing data to make sure details were accurate before entering it in the system.
  • Maintaining the data system and ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
  • Reporting errors to management.
  • Keeping records of data entry and database information.
  • Charge transaction and oxygen reading.
  • Conduct and monitor inventory of e-kit.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
