What You'll Do?

  • Financial Support: Manage check disbursements, vouchers, and replenishment reports with precision.
  • Resource Management: Maintain an optimal inventory of office supplies and accountable forms.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee vehicle dispatching, maintenance schedules, and ensure all OR/CR records are up to date.
  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate vital documentation with the Head Office and monitor business permit renewals.
  • HR Assistance: Support the team by processing pre-employment requirements for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any 4-year Business-related course.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Key Attributes: A proactive mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a consistent commitment to helping our staff and office run smoothly.
