Job Summary:

The Client Relations Associate is responsible in maintaining strong relationships with policyholders, agents, agencies and distributions channel. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with insurance products and services. The associate acts as a liaison between clients and internal departments, helping resolve issues, updates, and provide information on claims and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for cooperative members, policyholders, agents, agencies, and distributions channels.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients’ needs are met and address concerns proactively.
  • Customer Support
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, claims status, billing, and account details.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Provides timely and accurate information of members' information.
  • Underwriting & Claims Assistance
  • Guides clients through the policy application, renewal, and claims processes.
  • Assists in gathering required documents for underwriting and claims processing.
  • Coordinates with internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim resolution.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintains accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Ensures all client-related processes comply with company policies.
  • Assists in preparing a report.
  • Administrative work & Compliance:
  • Ensures that the satellite office is in compliance with the local/regional government regulations.
  • Rentals and utility bills are properly coordinated upon receipts to the admin department of Head office/ Territorial office and paid on time.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communication or a related field.

Experience:

  • With at least 1- 2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Familiar in claims and underwriting process.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Open to all fresh graduates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
