Job Summary:

The Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the bank’s daily activities. This role involves handling documents, assisting clients, maintaining records, and supporting various departments while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document processing.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer and bank records accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Support front-line operations by assisting clients with basic inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and other documents as required by the department.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding transactions and record management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
