Job Summary

The Sales Staff at Symmetry Lab Parfum Kiosk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the kiosk. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, handling transactions, and contributing to the overall success of the kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Sales:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong product knowledge to assist in closing sales.

Kiosk Maintenance:

  • Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Replenish product displays and manage inventory levels.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure products are in good condition and properly priced.
  • Report any maintenance issues or product shortages to the Kiosk Manager.

Cash Handling:

  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely.
  • Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts.

Stock Management:

  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other kiosk staff and management.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support new staff by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with mall or location-specific rules.

Reporting:

  • Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Kiosk Manager.
  • Report any customer feedback or issues to the Kiosk Manager.

Qualifications

  • Pleasing personality
  • Willing to be trained
  • Must be a perfume lover
  • Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Mall experience is a plus
  • Preferably lives near the workplace

Working Conditions

  • Hours: Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the mall’s operating hours.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise, and perform routine kiosk maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,070.00 per month
