HIRING: HR ASSISTANT / HR GENERALIST (Construction Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Assistant / HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in construction industry HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and manpower management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for office staff, engineers, skilled workers.
  • Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates for various construction positions
  • Manage onboarding requirements, employment documents, and deployment of workers to project sites
  • Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and manpower reports
  • Assist in implementation of company policies, labor compliance requirements, and HR programs
  • Support employee engagement activities and other HR administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • With proven experience as an HR Assistant / HR Generalist, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledgeable in employee relations, labor documentation, and HR processes
  • Familiar with construction manpower requirements and project-based employment
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Willing to work on-site (Monday to Friday - Compressed work schedule)
