Qualifications

· At least Bachelor’s degree in any field.

· Must be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel).

· Experience in warehouse, logistics, or clerical work is an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Able to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

· Physically fit and willing to work in warehouse conditions.

Job Responsibilities

· Encode and update inventory records in the system accurately and timely.

· Assist in receiving, checking, and documenting incoming and outgoing of stocks.

· Maintain proper filing of delivery receipts, invoices, and warehouse documents.

· Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts (cycle count and physical inventory).

· Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability.

· Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics team for order processing and dispatch.

· Follow Good Storage Practices (GSP) and company SOPs for pharmaceutical handling.

· Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the supervisor.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of clerical and warehouse records area.

Pay: Php695.00 - Php800.00 per day
