We are looking for an experienced Dining Staff member who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Present menus and provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns appropriately.
• Process payments accurately using cash, credit card, or POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining areas and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and restocking of supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and fellow dining staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

• With previous experience as Dining Staff, Server, Waiter/Waitress, or related restaurant position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

Work Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
