As part of its continued global growth, Ladurée is expanding its presence in the Philippines and is seeking dedicated Server to join its hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering Ladurée’s signature French luxury experience, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and world-class service from arrival to departure.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Server at Ladurée Philippines, you play a pivotal role in delivering the signature luxury dining experience that defines our brand. You will be the ambassador of our esteemed French patisserie, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service marked by attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth. Your commitment to detail and refined hospitality directly contributes to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of Ladurée as a premier destination for elegance and culinary excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

• Provide warm, personalized service that reflects Ladurée’s luxury standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, anticipate needs, and handle requests with professionalism.
• Ensure accurate order taking, timely service, and gracious handling of feedback.

Operational Efficiency & Coordination

• Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Set and maintain tables to Ladurée’s presentation standards and manage seating efficiently.
• Monitor service supplies and follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Brand Representation
• Serve as a Ladurée ambassador by demonstrating strong product knowledge and promoting signature items.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold all brand guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School graduate; hospitality-related education is an advantage
• With experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury café or restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to exceptional guest service and brand presentation
• Polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team-oriented luxury environment
• Able to stand for long hours and perform repetitive service tasks
• Able to carry trays, tableware, and food items
• Physically fit to work in a busy, high-volume restaurant setting

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:

• Location: BGC, Taguig City
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours
• Work Setup: Full time and onsite
